Sukrin finely ground Peanut Flour is a Gluten-Free, high protein (50% protein!) flour alternative made from fat-reduced, raw US grown peanuts. Use it to make healthy breads, cakes and cookies, and as a delicious raw food supplement...it is around 1/4 of the fat of regular peanuts and contains 11% pure fibre.
