Choose a pre-workout powder based on your fitness goals. Are you training hard in the gym focusing on bodybuilding/hypertrophy, trying to lose weight (look for fat burning properties - they'll make you SWEAT!) or more about the Hyrox style training? Look for key ingredients that will be beneficial for you, such as the caffeine content, do you want pump ingredients etc!
Take your pre-workout powder about 20-30 minutes before you start exercising. This timing allows the ingredients to be absorbed and start working by the time you begin your workout. Happy lifting!
