Many of our couriers provide notifications and updates - whether via email, text message or dedicated app (eg. DPD) - but, for convenience, you can always get updates on your order status and any shipping information via our dedicated tracking portal!!
Please note: Royal Mail on our Standard 2-3 Day/2-5 Day service only provide a tracking update after delivery has been made/delivery has been attempted. Basically, if your order was sent in the last couple of days and you don't yet see a Royal Mail update? Don't panic!! It just means the postmen are still working on it! Please just check back again later!
