Grenade have truly changed up the oat game here (and given it both barrels!) Unlike any 'flapjacks' you'll have tried before, these amazingly soft bars are made with a unique blend of creamy, natural nut-butter and fine-ground wholegrain oats...usually oats in a bar aren't our jam BUT these promise low sugar and high protein and a carb count that WON'T make you run for the hills (sustained release energy or otherwise!) ⁠Each Reload pack contains two tasty 35g pieces, together yielding 17g protein (!!), no higher than 3.4g sugar...ohhh, did we mention they're vegetarian too?!
