It's time to 'Snack the Best', folks! PES Select Protein Bars are here!

In case you missed their arrival last week, NEW PEScience Select Protein Bars are in the Mix now!! The wait it over to find out just how well our best buds over at PEScience have rocked their first foray into the hotly contested protein snack arena!!

These high protein (17-19g!), low sugar (just 2g or less!) bars are available in 3 delicious flavours from launch - Choc Peanut Butter, Chocolate Fudge Brownie and White Choc Raspberry; the Choc PB offers a sweet, rich, real peanut base, dipped in milk chocolate (Reese's eat your heart out!!) and the White Choc Raspberry (a tough call, but we think it's our team fave!!) delivers an unmissably zingy raspberry flavour (complete with real, freeze-dried raspberries!!) underpinned by a gorgeous, white-chocolate-yogurty dipped base. Let's not forget the Choc Fudge Brownie...always going to be a winner! Rich cocoa, chocolate drizzling, chocolate crispies...you get the idea, this one takes the win for chocolate lovers! 

All bars are CRAMMED with wonderfully crunchy whey protein crispies (in fact, all bars are made with premium whey/casein protein, exclusively!! Big kudos to PES for that!! No corners cut with collagen or gelatine here and, added bonus, both bars are vegetarian too!!) which, when set amidst the soft bar-base, breaks up the Quest-stlye texture wonderfully, and ensures no even a hint of jaw-aching chewiness here!! And they're gluten free too!!!

We expected PES - knowing how fanatical they are about quality and, more importantly for us, FLAVOURS - to have done a great job with these and...we're in no way disappointed!! Aesthetically? Sure, these bars may not be the OTT, #foodporn bars out there, but on taste & texture (and ingredients where it really SHOULD count!)? PES have delivered and then some!! AND we know the guys are already taking notes for the next batch, so...this is only the beginning!! Sure you're as excited as we are to see where these go!
