PhD Keepin' it Diet Friendly and Dairy Free!

We're talking Ph-Delight here as, once again, the PhD guys have impressed us with their snacks...this time? With their second plant-based protein bar range...the PhD Diet Plant bars!

With three tasty flavours to choose from - White Chocolate Cookie Dough, Fudge Brownie  and Milk Chocolate Salted Caramel each coated in a delicious dairy-free chocolate and sprinkled with crispies, not to mention the luxurious smooooth 'n sweet caramel layer inside!!

They certainly look and taste the part (just check out those cross-sections!!) and worthy of the PhD Plant name but THIS time they're leaner, landing at under 200kcals per bar (50-60kcals less than the long-running Smart Plant Bars!!) AND *greener* - with the addition of Green Tea and Carnitine - both handy to support fat loss! ⚖️⁠

This, PLUS containing up to 17g protein and, amazingly (given that these are satisfyingly sweet!) less than 3g sugar, triple-layered and all...oh yeah, these bars certainly 'STACK' up!

⁠We eagerly awaited the arrival of these bars and even with SO MANY new vegan bar launches of late we've genuinely been pleasantly surprised here!! Familiar in format yet just different enough to interest, with Milk Chocolate Salted Caramel being our firm favourite (yep...even above the white choc!!), bursting with sweet-caramel flavour which goes great with the almost biscuit-like texture of the centre!
