The Weekly Roundup - March Week 4 (18/03/19 - 24/03/19) at The Protein Pick and Mix!

Gaahhh....another frenzy here, folks! After promising a very-vegan-video this week, with a few surprise launches (honestly, we don't control some of these things!! Things in this industry can move FAST! Haha...TOO fast!) we've had to reshuffle just a touch. Don't worry, though, Ant still covers most of the bases (racing and repeating himself, as always!) and, yep, PLENTY of intimate choccy closeups and caramel cross-sections for you!

First up, this week's biggest launch on the snack & bar front...FORTIFX; A brand that's popped up here and there in the Mix over the years, we're delighted to now be able to offer their latest and greatest, homegrown creations - the multi-layer protein crisp bars! 50% granola, 50% chocolate, 100% AWESOME, these decadent, crispy, crunchy bars offer 20g protein, are low sugar and quite unlike anything other snacks in the Mix! Sweet, salty and sexy, they're a must-try, guys!

Next? Cadbury are back at it on the protein front!! We have a brand new 'boosted' Boost! This time, not just boosted with protein but with PEANUTS, too! Creamy caramel and milk chocolate, protein crunchies and real peanuts...with 12g protein and 30% less sugar than a 'real' Boost candy bar? What's not to LOVE!

We promise a proper vegan feature is coming (especially as we have loads of vegan-friendly bits hitting at the moment and we're getting quite the backlog in terms of raving about them!!) but Ant does his best here to (accidentally) spin through the TRUWOMEN bars we've just brought in from the US (vegan bars that not only look amazing and are made with only the best natural ingredients - and come in awesome, irresistible flavours like 'Daydreaming of Donuts' and 'Oh Oh Cookie Dough'! - but TASTE like real treats!), Sunwarrior Sol-Good bars (4 flavours are now available in the Mix!) and, to bring it back around, GHOST's much-anticipated VEGAN reload *and* the arrival of new vegan-friendly AMINO V2!

On the GHOST, new AMINO V2 offers gorgeous new labels, a boosted profile (BCAA + EAA + HYDRATION with some extra goodies, as per!!) and we're super excited to see the first authentic flavour collab arrive in the range: Warheads Sour Green Apple! And, new for this week, there's a new GHOST Vegan Recovery Stack in the Mix, offering a great deal on Vegan + Amino V2 and, whilst stocks last, a free GHOST shaker, too!!

Save for a few updates (Swolesome reload next week and the LOOONNNGGGG anticipated arrival of the damn delicious MTS Whey from Marc Lobliner, along with all the 'Peanut Butter Cookies & Cream' style epic flavours!), that's about it!

Phew! Perhaps our longest video yet (36mins!!) hopefully this isn't a sign of things to come this Summer with the seriously heavyweight number of new goodies!!
