Whilst ENERGY's formula is indeed a little simpler than that of some of Naughty Boy's other pre-workouts (like the infamous Menace!), each ingredient is clinically dosed and has been specifically chosen to work synergistically (in other words... the ingredients complement each other!!)... a big difference between new ENERGY and some of its sibling products, though? The Caffeine content! Naughty Boy have shot for that sweet-spot - the level of caffeine/stim you can really feel, but not enough to give you jitters or a post-workout crash if you're sensitive to caffeine - and landed on a more modest than usual 200mg caffeine.

How to use:
