Super low calorie, low sugar and 4.6g protein per serving...completed it mate!
At only 100kcals a slice, this high fibre (1.6g), simple easy to make mix only needs a couple of eggs, a splash of water, and a touch of oil of your choice (20ml to be exact) perhaps a touch of sweetener to taste...be it near zero calorie syrup or a couple of flavour drops and you're good to stick them right in the oven and bake! The only bit you have to be patient with..is to wait for them to cool down!
