How best to enjoy BURLY Shakes?!
Simply mix one scoop (30g) of Burly Shakes Whey Protein in 300-400ml of (preferably) cold water and shake or stir thoroughly! Like your Burly Shakes thicker and sweeter (like us!!)... use less water (or mix with milk!!) Like it smoother and less sweet? Mix with more!!
If shakes and smoothies aren't your thing? Your Burly Shakes work great when added to oats, yoghurts and bakes, too!!
